Queen of Thai cuisine

On national TV

Kimberly has shown her cooking on Food Network's Chopped (the Flamin' Hot episode) and Beat Bobby Flay (Cliff and the Jet), proudly representing Thai cuisine on national television.

Back home she's cooking next to her mother, Chef Prakin, who was born and raised in Southern Thailand. The turmeric curries, the fresh chili, and the dishes you won't find at other Thai places all come from that family table.
